Miller Hats

The Gus Cowboy hat crease has been around since the 1800's.  This crease is very popular in the genuine fur felt materials.  However, lately they are becoming popular in other materials such as shantung straw hats, palm leaf straw hats,  and many others. The popularity of the "Gus" crease really grew when Robert Duvall wore it on the mini series called "Lonesome Dove".  The crown of the cowboy hat has a dramatic slope from back to front and is still worn by many cowboys today.
